Yes definitely you can get into all top B Schools. The final selection in a B School constitutes of CAT Score, Academic scores, Work experience, Professional qualifications(like CA), academic and gender diversity, GD/Group Activities, Personal Interviews and writing ability tests. Most of the good B School have all or some of these components.

You need to have a high CAT score and then perform well in the further selection process for selection.

Admission into the creamy layer institutes is on the basis of an overall profile.
So your SSC, HSC, Graduation, work experience and extra curriculars are all taken into consideration along with the CAT score.
So just apply. If you have a good score along with a great profile and a good justification for your gap, you stand a good chance to get into a great institute.
