Agar aap online nahi apply kar pa rahe ho, tho kripya thodi der wait kar k dubhara try kare, agar fhir bhi nahi ho pa raha ho tho fhir aapko ek kaam karna hoga. IGNOU ke regional centres hote hai har jagah , aap ignou regional center find kare, aap IGNOU ko call kar k bhi puch sakte ho, IGNOU region centre me ya unki dusri office me aap jaake offline apply kar sakte hai.
