My JEE Main CRL is 65993, will I get MSU baroda?

I'm sorry to inform you but you can't get admission in MSU, Baroda through Jee main as MSU baroda offer admission through GUJCET Only.
SMU takes admission through ACPC. Only domicile students can apply.
You can not apply in this college through JEE Main.
Eligibility - candidates must passed or appearing class 12 with physics chemistry and mathematics with minimum 45 percent marks aggregate from a recognized board.
