Hello student I'm sorry to inform you but you can't get admission in MSU, Baroda through Jee main as MSU baroda offer admission through GUJCET Only.
Eligibility - candidates must passed or appearing class 12 with physics chemistry and mathematics with minimum 45 percent marks aggregate from a recognized board.

I am from Madhya Pradesh and I have secured 68% in PCM in state board so after appearing in jee mains exam am I eligible to take admission in msu baroda

Through the JEE main exam you don't get admission in msu Baroda.
