My rank in Pu entrance exam 3120 , can I get admission ?? I got 68% marks in my board exam with commerce .

Hi Kulwinder.
Considering your rank in the entrance and your 12th boards marks, you do not seem to have any chance for admission in UILS, Pu, Chandigarh.
Your chances for the other campuses in Hoshiarpur and Ludhiana are also less.
