IET Lucknow is a renowned government college under UPSEE. It’s approved by AICTE and affiliated to Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow (AKTU). As per the official website of the institute, companies like Telco, HDFC, Kotak Mahindra, ICICI, Cipla, Yamaha, HCL, etc. visit the campus for placements. The institute also offers summer training to its MBA students where companies such as Blue Star, Godrej, Bajaj, ICICI, LML, Coke, Pepsi, etc. take students for the training.

IET has some notable alumni who are at top managerial positions in OYO, Makemytrip, Capgemini etc.

It has a decent infrastructure equipped with hostels, gym, and IT infra.

As for placements, IET doesn't fare so well in terms of placement package. The average package ranges from 3-3.5 LPA, but almost all students are placed. Overall, IET is a decent college and you can go for it if you do not get a chance in other top B-schools like IIMs, or the IITs.
