I have knowledge till 2nd round allotment . According to my knowledge in NEET 2019 all India quota counseling 2nd round allotment for OBC category the cut off went for IPGMER, KOLKATA was approximately 2375 . This cut off rank varies year to year , but for NEET 2020 you can take the cut off within approximately 3000 rank .

Also there are another mop up round after 2nd round counseling so the actual cut off for IPGMER may also vary upto 3.5k .
