FMS Delhi Admission Process

Faculty of Management Studies University of Delhi provides admissions to PG and doctoral courses based on the scores of CAT. However, for FMS Delhi admission to the PhD programme, candidates who have qualified in their previous academics are selected. Thereafter the candidates have to appear for group discussions and personal interviews for M.B.A and personal interviews for Ph.D for FMS Delhi admissions.

Prospective applicants aiming to get admitted at the FMS Delhi admissions process must first register through the admissions portal on the FMS Delhi official website. Following registration, candidates are expected to fill out the application form, ensuring accuracy in all provided details. Additionally, submission of a self-attested copy of essential documents alongside the application form is mandatory. Candidates must first satisfy the eligibility requirements and qualify for the CAT.
Then, the candidates have to register for the admission to M.B.A programme through the college website.
Then shortlisting of candidates is done based on the FMS Delhi CAT scores.
Then the candidates have to appear for group discussion and personal interview.
Selection of candidates is based on Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension, Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning and Qualitative Ability. An additional 5 marks shall be added to the Weighted Score in the case of women candidates.
Finally, selected candidates have to submit the documents and pay the FMS Delhi fees.

FMS University of Delhi Executive M.B.A Admission process 2024

Candidates must first satisfy the eligibility requirements.
Then, the candidates have to register for admission through the college website.
Selection of candidates is based on the 12th marks, graduation marks, Executive experience, extempore, reference, and personal interview.
Finally, selected candidates have to submit the documents and pay the FMS Delhi fees.

FMS University of Delhi PhD Management Admission Process 2024

Candidates must first satisfy the eligibility requirements and qualify for the PhD Entrance Test (CAT).
The shortlisted candidates must then appear for the interview.
Candidates who have passed the following exams are excluded from taking the CAT: UGC-NET (including JRF), UGC-CSIR-NET (including JRF), DBT-JRF, ICMR-JRF, DST-INSPIRE, AYUSH-NET, or similar national-level examinations or fellowships (as determined by the DRC).
Then the merit score is calculated by considering the qualifying degree mark, undergraduate degree marks, entrance test/fellowship, statement of purpose and research proposal and interview. Finally, selected candidates have to submit the documents and pay the FMS Delhi fees.

Hello,

FMS considers the overall score of the CAT along with the sectional scores to shortlist candidates for the final round of selection. In order to be eligible for consideration, students need to score equivalent to or higher than the CAT cutoff set by FMS, Delhi. The average cutoff percentile at FMS is usually 98 or higher.

can i take direct admission in fms for mba

Hello aspirant,

FMS New Delhi does not offer direct admission to any applicants, just like any other top-ranked college in India for obtaining an MBA. Only the lower-ranked universities provide direct admission. Admission to colleges in FMS is solely determined by merit.

The CAT is the only route to the FMS. There isn't another option. On their website, you may view the breakdown or the weighting assigned to various sections. They used to weight the CAT percentile at 85%, but they have since decreased it .
