Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as general.

According to the rank you have mentioned in the question and category you cannot get DTU with any of the branch as per previous year's cut-offs. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that last year the closing rank was 11157 for PCT branch under outside Delhi quota for General category.

but yes I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
