I GOT 70% in my boards and have 60 above in my subjects PCM+English+Optional will i be eligible for bits?

Sorry yukta you are not eligible for BITS because the eligibility criteria for BITS says 75% in PCM. Since you have 70% in board that means you have less than 75% in PCM...i guess. If you have more than 75% then you are under the domain.

Yes you are however it all depends on your entrance exam as well . If you do better in it you'll be selected .
