Hey there!

You must have read the cutoff wrong or you must be talking about the last year's cutoff. But you shouldn't be bothered right now because there are a lot of counselling rounds left so you can get a seat based on the cutoff you are talking about. Don't loose hope and if you genuinely feel depressed please do talk to someone about it. Hope you'll get the seat.
