The opening and closing ranks for admission in IITs differ every year for every branches depending upon the cutoff. Until JoSAA announces the cutoff exact ranks for admission cannot be predicted. Till then you can check previous years cutoff marks and ranks for IIT Delhi to compare with your expected result from this link:
