Yes, even though you have a below average marks and  for admissions to Faculty of management studies you for sure need stellar academics but a perfect score in your CAT  or Common admissions test conducted in the month of November will get you into FMS for sure. FMS does not give a lot of weightage to acads but to the CAT score and FMS has a rigorous process for admissions to its MBA program.
