COEP and VJTI both are governement engineering colleges. To take admission in COEP Pune and VJTI Mumbai you need to appear for MHT CET exam and you should have domicile certificate of Maharashtra to take admission in these colleges.
There will be no admission on the basis of JEE Main in these 2 colleges.

is through counseling based on the rank obtained in Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT CET).
If seats remaining vacant will be filled through Institute level counseling based on the rank obtained in JEE-MAINS.
