The cutoff depends on many factors like Number of students appeared for the examination, highest marks obatined, availability of seats etc. And these quantities are changeable. These quantities keep changing every year. So generally the cutoffs never remain the same every year. This year, the highest score obtained was 720. And due to the high scores this year, the marks vs rank stats has been changed. So there are high chances that the cutoffs this year will increase. Even the qualifying cutoffs of Neet has been increased this year. Just for an overview, you can go through the last year's all India counselling cutoffs here http://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
