Eligibility Criteria

To pursue IIM Kozhikode Executive Post Graduate Programme in Management for Working Professionals, aspirants must meet the following eligibility criteria.

Candidates must have completed a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in any stream with at least 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA.
In the absence of a duly recognised bachelor's degree, CA/ICWA/CS with a minimum of 50% aggregate can be considered for the programme.
Candidates holding a degree from a foreign university subject to generating the equivalency certificate from the Association of Indian Universities or any Government of India-recognised assessment agency, or a UGC-approved Indian University along with the proof of the aggregate percentage of marks in the qualifying exam.
Candidates with a three-year of managerial/professional/entrepreneurial experience after completing graduation at the time of submitting the application online will be eligible for the programme.
Candidates who have work experience before completion of graduation will not be considered eligible.

If an applicant holds more than three years of work experience, the current experience certificate along with other experience certificates which justify the three years of work experience will be required.

Admission Details

Candidates willing to enrol in the IIMK Executive Post Graduate Programme

in Management must fulfil the eligibility criteria and then appear for an Executive Management Aptitude Test (EMAT), followed by a personal interview (PI). Candidates after meeting the minimum cut-off will be called for a personal interview. The institute will prepare a merit list of candidates based on the scores of EMAT and PI.

Candidates having a valid score in CAT/GRE/GMAT (not older than three years) are also provided admission to the programme. Candidates who have distinguished achievements in their respective fields can get a waiver of the EMAT exam.

The Syllabus

The IIM Kozhikode Executive Post Graduate Programme in Management syllabus is divided into two years consisting of three modules. The first year is structured across four quarters covering compulsory core courses with 380 hours of instruction, of which 22 hours are based on a one-week in-campus module conducted at the IIMK campus. Evaluation Process

Participants of the IIM Kozhikode Executive Post Graduate Programme In Management will have to sit for end-term examinations after each quarter. They will also have to participate in quizzes and submit assignments and projects. Based on the academic performance and evaluation scheme, the instructor will award Letter Grades to the participants. IIM Kozhikode follows a grading scheme of 13 levels ranging from A+ to F. Participants with 4.33 Grade Points will get A+ Grade and F Grade for ‘0’ Grade Points.
