if one is working as a government pgt school teacher and have cleared NET exam and have a master's degree too then is it possible to study phd without leaving the job .the field of study is computer science .And do iisc ,iits and jnu take part time phd admission with the scenario mentioned above

As per government rule you can also take study leave if you complete your 2years jobs, you can also get that amount of salary .
And you to dont want to take a leave from your job then yes you can do pert time Phd , but there was few college how take admission
