If we cant qualify CSIR JRf exam along with CSIR NET exam ..can we give only Jrf exam directly or we can give again NET with Jrf both next time?
First of all CSIR NET is conducted for mainly science stream as in discipline of physical science, mathematical science, chemical science, earth science, biological science, if you intend to appear for CSIR NET then you can appear for JRF or both that is JRF as well as Lectureship/Assistant Professor,
If you only opt for JRF, and qualify the same, then you can pursue higher studies as well as go for lectureship, in case of CSIR NET candidates who qualify JRF get monthly stipend of Rs 25000 for first two years, and Rs 28000 for the next three years, the scores of JRF remain valid for two years, once you qualify CSIR NET JRF then you don't need to appear for entrance test of any university if you're seeking PhD admission, you can directly go to interview process,
The upper age limit for CSIR NET is 28 years for JRF only for general category there is relaxation obviously for reserved categories,, in case of lectureship there is no upper age limit. visit our page at https://competition.careers360.com/exams/csir-ugc-net to know more details regarding this.

I am in the last year of my M.A and i will take the NET Exam on June next year of 2022. So my question is after getting pass in exam will I be able to give lectures in Government Colleges?
If you qualify the NET exam next year, then you'll have th eligibility to apply for the post of Assistant Professor, definitely. But as you know for assistant professor post, PhD is very important. Due to the covid crisis', the implementation of thta policy has been delayed but it will be implemented soon. However, you can apply for the post of lecturer n xt year if you qualify NET.
I am planning to pursue 1 year full time MBA, will I be eligible for UGC NET exam?
According to UGC, the main eligibility criteria for applying for the UGC-NET exam is Completion of Masters Degree. So if you have completed your masters degree or about to complete you can surely give UGC NET examination. But it is mandatory that the university you pursue masters from should be UGC approved.

i have 53 % in pg from commerce subject can i apply for UGC net with this percentage or i need to do pg again?? Im from EWS
As per the eligibility criteria for UGC NET , candidates need to pass master's degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized university securing 55% in case of general/general-ews category, 50% aggregate is only applicable for OBC-NCL/SC/ST/PwD/Third Gender, the required aggregate in all the cases should come without rounding off, candidates who are pursuing or are in final year too are eligible to apply provisionally provided they can complete the degree within two years of qualifying UGC NET JRF/Assistant Professor with the required aggregate obviously.
hence with EWS Category, and securing 53% won't make you eligible for UGC NET, if you're interested to appear for this you will have to redo your postgrauate degree.
I would request you to check out the information brochure of UGC NET at https://ugcnet.nta.nic.in/webinfo/File/GetFile?FileId=56&LangId=P, refer page no 6 to know the complete details regarding this.
