Dear Aspirant,
Three of the IIT's are good.
You can go for any of them.
If you are confused,then choose IIT Delhi.
IIT Delhi is one of the oldest IIT in India.
It is more reputed College than other IIT's
Every IIT's have nice faculy, infrastructure, education plus campus life.we can't compare but if you are in confusion then go for IIT delhi
