To get admission in AIIMS for MBBS through NEET-UG, you need a high score. For top AIIMS like Delhi, Bhopal, and Jodhpur, general category students usually need around 680 to 710 marks. For other newer AIIMS like Bathinda, Kalyani, or Raebareli, the cutoff may be slightly lower, around 635 to 660 marks for the general category.
For OBC and EWS categories, the cutoff ranges from 620 to 690 marks, depending on the AIIMS campus. For SC candidates, the cutoff is usually between 520 to 630 marks, and for ST candidates, it can range from 480 to 620 marks.

For AIIMS Raipur B.Sc. Nursing (Hons) , you need to pass Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English. The minimum required marks are:
55% for General, OBC, and EWS category
50% for SC and ST category
Since your percentage is 54.4%, you are not eligible if you belong to General, OBC, or EWS. But if you are from SC or ST category, then you are eligible.
