All India Institute of Medical Sciences Madurai admissions are offered only to a MBBS programme. The candidates satisfying the eligibility criteria can apply for the AIIMS Madurai admissions. AIIMS Madurai MBBS admissions are done based on the candidate’s performance in the NEET examination.

The only course offered by the college is MBBS. The duration of AIIMS Madurai MBBS is 5.5 years. Candidates who have qualified 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English can apply for the MBBS admissions.

The candidates must satisfy AIIMS Madurai MBBS eligibility criteria for admission to the college.
Then the candidates must appear and qualify for the NEET-UG examination conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA).
The qualified candidates should then register for the counselling process conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), Government of India (GoI).
Candidates must get their documents verified during the counselling process.
Candidates must satisfy the AIIMS Madurai NEET cutoff and seats will be allotted based on the candidate's performance in the NEET-UG examination.
