AIIMS Bilaspur: Admission 2024, Courses, Fees, Placements

On December 4, 2019, the Union Cabinet designated the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bilaspur as an Institute of National Importance under Phase-V of the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana (PMSSY). The AIIMS Bilaspur courses offer full-time undergraduate and postgraduate level courses. 

The courses at AIIMS Bilaspur include an MBBS, MS, and MD degree programme. The candidates must meet the required eligibility criteria and AIIMS Bilaspur cutoff to proceed with the next stage of the admission process. Before applying for AIIMS Bilaspur admissions the candidates should appear for an entrance exam. AIIMS Bilaspur admissions to UG-level courses will be granted based on the scores obtained by the candidates in the NEET examination followed by a counselling round. 

The AIIMS Bilaspur PG admissions will be granted based on the scores obtained by the candidates in the INI-CET examination followed by a counselling round. The MBBS course at AIIMS Bilaspur is of 5 years and 6 months duration. AIIMS Bilaspur campus is spread over an area of around 247 acres which surrounds all of the AIIMS Bilaspur infrastructure including academic and administrative buildings, classrooms, hostels and many more. AIIMS Bilaspur facilities include a library, laboratories, sports facilities, parking facilities, and many other facilities that are provided to the students on the AIIMS Bilaspur campus.

The institute is located on National Highway – 205 (Shimla - Kangra/ Shimla Ghumarwin road), in the village of Kothipura, District Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh.
