On page no. 3 of the printed form, a section called the Employer Consent Form, applicants are required to take a sign and stamp from HR or any other authorised signatory of their organisations.

Step 4: After that, applicants need to self-attest all academic mark sheets and certificates. Then click on 'Upload & Submit All Required Documents’ and upload the printed Application Form, Employer Consent Form, Mentor Consent Form, and required documents to complete the application process. (The documents must be uploaded in DOC, DOCX, PDF, ZIP, and JPEG format.)
