Researchers will find classrooms and laboratories fully outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment, such as advanced instruments and high-tech devices necessary to conduct high-level research.
A PhD program's academic structure is focused on conducting research, and intellectual rigor; has an advanced level of knowledge; and includes critical thinking and innovation. The doctoral research work of each student is conducted under expert faculty guidance, including coursework focused on research methodology, literature reviews, and specialized fields.
Placement options available to PhD candidates are very different from those available to undergraduate and master's students in that they are primarily research-focused, while undergrads and master's students have many options available to them for campus recruiting-based placement.
A PhD program can be a valuable investment, particularly for those students who have been given an award of scholarship or stipend.
Campus life for PhD scholars is generally calm, focused, and research-oriented rather than highly social.

Value for money very highly.
Campus life very chill and decent environment.

College infrastructure is quite good and well-maintained. Classrooms are spacious, clean, and have proper seating with projectors in most rooms. Library has enough books and a quiet study space. Labs are decent and usable, though some equipment feels old. Campus is clean with basic facilities like water and washrooms available. Overall, infrastructure deserves 4 stars.
Academics here are quite good overall. Most teachers explain concepts clearly and are supportive if you ask doubts. Syllabus is mostly covered on time and exams are fair. Some subjects feel outdated, but internal assessments help in scoring. Attendance and assignments are taken seriously, which keeps students regular. Overall, a solid academic experience.
Placement Review (4★) Placements here are decent and improving every year. Many students get opportunities in sales, finance, HR, and operations roles. Average packages are fair, not very high but okay for freshers. The placement cell is supportive and shares regular updates. Top companies are limited, but if you have skills, you can get placed.
For the fees we pay, the college gives decent value. Classes are regular, teachers are mostly helpful, and basic facilities are available. It’s not luxury or high-end, but you get what you come for—education and exposure. If you focus on learning and self-growth, the money feels worth it.
Campus life is quite good and active. There are enough spaces to sit, walk, and hang out with friends. Events and fests happen regularly, so it doesn’t feel boring. Sports facilities are decent and clubs keep students engaged. Crowd is mixed and friendly. Overall, campus life feels balanced, not too strict and not too free.
Facilities and infrastructure are good but one main problem is Wi-Fi which is slow like 2 Mbps and some sites are blocked. The quality of the facilities in a hostel is good and hygiene, quality of food is not good. The medical facilities are good, sports and games too good.
Teachers are helpful and knowledgeable and explain in a practical way and make students ready by correcting small mistakes to make them ready for interviews and internship Generally, there are internal and external exams for each subject. You should get 40 or 50 % in internal exams and around 35% in end exams (external).
Around 30% of the students were placed the previous year. Amity Mumbai has collaborated with multiple known brands and college placements are great. Amity University Mumbai invites all the corporate groups for offering campus placements & internships to students.
Quite a few of the chairs in the classrooms are broken, and in general uncomfortable to sit on. The bathrooms are unclean, they're being cleaned regularly but its probably the water. Lifts dont work often.
I'm studying M.sc Psychology cause I want to pursue career in that. The teaching quality is good and curriculum is updated and the course includes all necessary points to make me job ready. The teachers are also adjusting in nature.
Not yet needed the placement as I'm still in my first semester of the course. But from what I have heard they have a placement cell and a lot of connected hospitals and companies and offer a good placement for those interested.
Amity University Mumbai has a modern campus with tall buildings, large classrooms, and air-conditioned lecture halls. Labs for different courses are updated, and the library holds plenty of books, journals, and online resources. The hostel buildings are spacious but can feel costly compared to other universities.
The university provides many programs in engineering, management, arts, and more. Teachers are skilled and try to explain topics with real-life examples. The syllabus is designed with industry input, and students also get chances to attend workshops, projects, and research activities.
Placement drives take place every year, with well-known companies hiring students. Some learners get good packages, while others secure average jobs depending on their skills. The career support cell arranges training sessions, though competition among students is quite high.
Fees at Amity Mumbai are higher than most colleges, but students receive modern classrooms, good exposure, and industry links. For families who can afford it, the return is fair, but those looking for cheaper education may feel it is too expensive.
The environment is vibrant, with events, fests, cultural programs, and sports activities happening often. Students from different states and even countries study here, which makes the campus diverse. Clubs and societies also keep the atmosphere lively and creative.
Amity University Mumbai offers wide opportunities for growth with modern facilities, good teaching, and an active campus. While the cost is high and pressure of competition is real, students gain valuable experience and exposure during their time here.
Infrastructure of Amity University is quite eye catching and something you will fall in love with when you see it for the first time. The views, the aesthetic, the designing everything feels chic and really put together. Classy classrooms, ACs in classrooms and labs, well developed interiors etc. Facilities are quite good too. They have indoor sports as well as outdoor sports. Indoor includes table tennis, carrom, chess, etc. Outdoor includes cricket, football, volleyball, basketball, badminton, etc. Well, if we have to talk about the living facilities it is quite depressing and unhygienic. The flush doesn't work most of the days, there is no warm water when needed in winters i.e during the daytime, in winters and cold water in summers. The food is the worst part. Every second day the kid will get sick and all the food has the same base that is used multiple times so really there is no point of expecting we have multiple choices when we see that board. Also, you might have to look at your food carefully before eating cause there you might find your dear insects and you can confuse it as coriander leaves. So be careful newbies!!
Academic wise, as much as I know about my course it is quite good because the faculties make it easy if you are a good student. Just submit your assignments on time and be in your teacher's good books then you will have an eased up year. Overall you have to study for yourself and quit depending on the faculty for everything basically don't expect to be spoon fed. There are really good opportunities and platforms for you to participate in and showcase your talents. So all the best.
Placements are good in this college only if you are a person with skills and want to do something in your life. Don't expect to get a placement while just enjoying your life in those 4 years that's not how placements work. You learn, you get skilled, you get placed.
Compared to other private universities I find this college much more affordable and value for money because they provide scholarships to the students which I hardly find in different universities. And based on the interiors, living spaces (looks are good compared to other hostels), and classrooms and everything, it is quite affordable.
Umm, honestly, the social life here can be draining. You should never have the attitude of finding the forever friendships here because you won't. I would personally suggest to build your mindset as such, "Have fun, but that's all", don't expect to have much deeper relationships here. You night find good people, you might find horrible people, so everything depends on your luck. Amity is a mixture but it will drain you really bad if you are a softie. Just make your mind stronger and I think you are good to go.
I like the infrastructure. Fine arts department building is merged with the other related art courses do it gives me more exposure to connect with other students and learn more. The art equipments are also adequate.
The academic side of the university is also on point. The assignments given by the professors are checked properly and are guided by them properly. The minor details are taken into consideration. Everyone is well traned.
in Campus recruitment takes place every end of the academic year. Where the recruiters from well-known brands hire with a decent package for the deserving students. Academics as well as talents are taken into consideration.
The fees for the first semester for BFA is around 48000. which is quite decent for the course. The money invested into my education is totally worth it and I am totally satisfied with the input provided to me.
Overall campus life is good. People come from different parts of the country, so we get more exposure with the culture. The extracurricular activities are memorable moments to live in the future. DEFINITELY WORTH IT.
My college has an American based architecture which creates a pleasant environment for the students to study in. The hostel facilities are very adequate. The hostel fee is inclusive with laundry with iron facilities, clinic, kettle usage and etc. Overall, it's a good college to get into.
The professors are well qualified and professionals. Although, the timetable for the day is not followed adequately by the professors. The teachers need to be more punctual, and stability of personnel is needed to be maintained.
Placements from the campus is quite decent as many faculty members are recruited from the Mumbai branch or the other branches of Amity across the country. Their feedback is also very satisfactory. Placements are decent.
For BBA, the fees is 1.5 lakhs per semester which is quite too much for the respective course. The value for money is not satisfied. The hostel facilities are still considerable with the value of the money.
The campus life is amazing. We get to meet so many new people to interact with from different backgrounds which gives us quite an exposure to go around and enjoy the study hours with our friends. Overall experience is on point.

I think you should go with Amity university Mumbai, as it is very good institute as compared to Amity university Gurugram. You can go for amity university, Mumbai for interior design as it is a good college and the faculty is good there and placement too is good
