Bharathidasan Institute of Management Trichy offers admission to programmes at postgraduate and doctoral levels. BIM Trichy admissions are offered to the following programmes: MBA and PhD Management programmes. Students need to meet the necessary eligibility criteria as per the choice of the specialisations to be eligible for BIM Trichy admission.

• For Bharathidasan Institute of Management Trichy Admissions 2026, the GD/ PI round will be held in February 2026.
• BIM Trichy MBA admissions are offered through CAT/ GMAT/ XAT, followed by group discussion and a personal interview that will be held by BIM Trichy.

• Application form can be obtained and submitted only through online.

• Candidates are not required to send the hard copy of the filled-in application form or any other documents to BIM Trichy admission  cell after submission of the online application.

• For online registration, a payment of Rs. 1500/- (Rs. 1000/- for SC/SCA/ST candidates) can be made through Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / Demand Draft. 

• If the payment is to be made through Demand Draft, it should be drawn in favour of ‘Bharathidasan Institute of Management’, payable at Tiruchirappalli. The candidate needs to enter the Demand Draft details while filling up the online application form.

• Applicants will receive a system-generated acknowledgement for the application submitted and on payment of the application fee. With this, the application process is complete.

(Note: The BIM Trichy application fees paid will neither be refunded nor transferred to another candidate under any circumstances. SC/SCA/ST candidates must upload their scanned community certificate copy while filling the application online.)

The institute offers one postgraduate programme in Management and Business Administration. The duration of BIM Trichy PG programmes is 2 years.

• Students must meet the BIM Trichy eligibility criteria before applying

BIM Trichy Admission Process for PhD Course

• To get admission into the BIM Trichy PhD courses candidates must meet the required eligibility criteria.

• Then, the candidates need to appear and secure a valid score in the qualifying examinations.

• Shortlisted candidates will be called for an entrance test followed by an interview.

• Next, the selected candidates will be called for the college to confirm their admission.
