- At least a 60% marks in the eligible degree programme or a minimum CGPA or CPI of 6.5 on the scale of 0-10 with corresponding proportional requirements when the scales are other than 0-10 (for example, 5.2 on a scale of 0-8).

- In case of MCA or MSC passed with UG, the percentage score of MCA / MSc would be considered.

The BCECE counseling dates for government engineering colleges in Bihar have already passed, and admission to IIT Patna requires clearing JEE Advanced, a process that is also complete for the current year.
For admission this year, your only option is to contact private engineering colleges in Bihar if they offer admission based on JEE Main scores or Class 12 marks.
If this isn't possible, you will need to prepare for the JEE Main and Advanced exams for 2026 to try again for admission to IITs or other engineering colleges in Bihar.

With a CRL rank of 381,094 and OBC-NCL rank of 136,581, admission to IIT Patna’s BS-MS program is very unlikely because the cutoffs are much lower. This program is highly competitive. You can consider other state or private engineering colleges where your rank fits better. Improving your rank by preparing for JEE Main again is a good idea.
