I GET JEE MAINS 1623 Rank and jee advanced 1012 but in josaa mock allotment IIEST SHIBPUR should but from jee advanced I get IIT ism dhanbad

If you are concerned whether to pick between IIEST Shibpur or IIT(ISM) DHANBAD, I'd suggest you should have mentioned your alloted department in respective colleges to get a better idea of the situation. However, I'd suggest for similar departments, you should go for IIT(ISM) Dhanbad.
