My rank in jee main and advanced SC rank in jee main 1623 and jee advanced SC RANK 1012 any chance in IITS and NITS and board result 67%

Your rank in jee mains and advanced is very decent. You can surely get good NITs or IITs. But the problem is with your board percent.  If you are CBSE student,  you cannot take admission. In case of othere board, find out top 20 percentile of your board and than if it is more than that, that you are safe else cant get into NITs or IITs.

Congratulation for such a great score in jee mains and jee advance 2019.
Yes you can definitely get admission into any nits and iiits but for sure not with any core branches in top nits or iits .
If you can compromise the top nits then you can too get admission into core branches like if you choose nit suratkal,nit warangal then you can get admission into metallurgical engineering, same for the case in iits.
