Which IIT is best for the CSE branch? if we see that in NIRF ranking IIT Delhi is on 2nd position and IIT Bombay is on 3rd position then why toppers of jee advanced choose IIT Bombay?

I would suggest don't go by NIRF because in NIRF rankings there are many other factors taken into consideration other than placements before deciding the ranking so i would suggest just go on your liking . If you like IIT Bombay then go for it and if you like DELHI then go for it.
As you are opting CSE branch there won't be any difference in opportunities because both these top level IITs so i would suggest that just search for both these colleges and choose the one which fascinates you.
