The infrastructure is good but old as AIIMS was established in 1956. However, there is a huge scope of improvement in infrastructure with respect to digitalization, modernized classrooms, and pedagogy mechanisms.
While the overall college structure is good but for optometry department is worst because there is no particular class room, no wet lab for practice , lack of communal area for student collaboration, differentiation in mess facility , no dedicated canteen area, no wifi facility
AIIMS is India most prestigious institute. Infrastructure is world class. Every facility is available like classrooms, library, separate hostel for boys and girls. 24*7 wifi facility is available. Latest technology in medical field will be available .
Hello student,
Pursuing B.Sc. in Radiology (RIT) at AIIMS as a backup plan while preparing for NEET is a solid approach. Here’s a breakdown of the details you’re confused about:
Exact Syllabus : The syllabus for B.Sc. Radiology entrance at AIIMS includes subjects like:
Exam Pattern & Marking Scheme :
Average Number of Students Appearing
: Around
50,000 to 1,00,000
candidates appear for AIIMS paramedical exams, but competition for radiology might be slightly less intense compared to MBBS.
PYQ Papers
: AIIMS-specific previous year question papers for B.Sc. Radiology might be available through coaching centers, but you can also check
AIIMS exam websites
or resources like
books for paramedical entrance
.
Difficulty Level
: Slightly easier than NEET, as AIIMS focuses more on the specific field of radiology. The difficulty is moderate, with a NEET-level understanding of science subjects providing a strong base.
NEET + AIIMS Possible : Yes, preparing for NEET covers the major portion of AIIMS syllabus, making it feasible to prepare for both simultaneously. The key is to focus on the additional sections in the AIIMS paramedical syllabus, like basic radiological concepts and mathematical portions.
In summary, the preparation for NEET gives you a strong foundation for AIIMS RIT, and with some extra focus on radiology-specific topics, you can handle both exams well.
I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries then feel free to share your questions with us we will be happy to assist you.
Thank you and wishing you all the best for your bright future.
