The college has great facilities. The infrastructure is well equipped and the lab facilities are fantastic. The whole campus and the hostel has high speed wifi. The library has high tech facilities, including RFID technologies to check the books and borrowing books

I did B. Tech in Instrumentation engineering and all the faculties of our discipline was quite good. The course study was quite well and very well synchronized. We had different labs of process control, bio medical lab , digital lab, all were well equipped with a new instruments and provides us great exposure

The placements is quite poor as many companies turned down because the Institute is quite new. Although the TnP cell manages and provides pool campusing in different institutes and many students got places as well.

I did Diploma and then B. Tech in the same institute, total of 6 years. With my experience the Institute is good and everyone has great learning experience. All the facilities including lab provides great exposure to the students. Presently m doing job in Power generation company Under Assam Govt. So at the end of the day the value of study and money should be paid of.

The Central Institute of Technology at Kokrajhar district is a public deemed university established in 2006. It is a government institute situated in the north eastern state of Assam. The infrastructure of CIT is very good. Library facility is excellent. Classrooms, laboratories are very good. Field is there in the college campus for sports.

I was a student bachelor of technology of information technology department. All the professors of my branch was very helpful. I had a great learning experience in these 4 years. Academics facilities were good.

Placement scenerio of this college was not good. I always saw students suffering from the bad placement. I also experienced it personally. I think placement can improve in the college. Because of bad placement many students don't prefer to study here.

When I was studying there the admission fees and all related fees was affordable and good.

Campus life in this college was very good. The campus is full of greenery and a good place to walk. I was in the hostel and I always came for walk with my friends.

The institute is situated Debargaon-Tiniali patch, kokrajhar and is spread across 200 acres. The campus is full of greenery and is very well maintained. There are 4 hostels inside the campus which are pretty well equipped with all the facilities needed for a student. The classrooms are modern and well lit. Labs have almost all the facilities required to support the course. Hostel mess food in below average.

The faculty of CIT, Kokrajhar are highly qualified and very experienced in their respective fields. Almost all of the faculties are the alumnus of the prestigious institution of the country. They are very energetic and approachable.

Placements are a matter of concern in CIT,Kokrajhar according to me. Most of the students have been placed in the industry by off campus placement drives. the placement cell needs to improve with respect to all the facilities as the institute provide.

Being a government institute the fees of the college is very economical. Its fee structure is affordable for most of all.

The campus life is quite enjoyable. Hostels have a 24*7 internet facility. The are annual events happening 2 times in a year. There are Basketball courts, Tennis Courts, Football and Cricket field, Badminton court, Volleyball Court and many more.

Infrastructure is very nice. All the facilities and equipment in laboratories. Well maintained library. Peaceful environment . Wi-Fi in hostel. Clean living space. It is one of the best college or deemed to be university in Bodoland territorial region, Assam.

Studied btech in civil engineering. Quality of teaching is very good. All the faculty, staff are very helpful to the students . They always support the students whenever needed. Curriculum is updated .

Very few opportunities through campus placement. Quality of the placement is very poor. Very few students got a job through campus placement. college is not so supportive in case of placement. It has to be improved.

Its worth for money. As now it is deemed to be university. It is progressing. Everything will get improved slowly. Fees are quite affordable. Money is worth becauseof Nice infrastructure and facilities and also the quality of knowledge they provided to the students.

The college is positive and and is really good. Most of the facilities are good but also many need to be improved. The facilities are provided here like classrooms, laboratories, libraries sports center, and hostels are well maintained . Yes the living spaces cleaned and the food is also hygienic. The infrastructure are really good.

I have completed my engineering in ECE department from this college because CIT is a central funded college in kokrajhar Assam under MHRD listing of colleges in India. The education system is quite well in the standard but need to be improved more. Whatever I learned and is practical and hands on . Which is more useful for future perspectives.

The quality of placement in our college is improving year by year Which is quite well and impressive. And is need to be improved more soon. I personally don't like our placement cell. Because they progressing very slowly , it's must be faster.

Currently the course cost per year is 1 lakh . Also there may be relaxation for reserved category which is good. Yes I feel gaining knowledge and skills are always worth it because I personally feels knowledge is the only key to success.

Our college campus is spread across 200 acres of area in Debargaon tiniali kokrajhar Assam. it is situated in north-eastern state of Assam. Yes it is safe and can handled emergencies.

The infrastructure of this college is beautiful and its total area is around 100 acre. The classroom and laboratory is facilitated with high speed 24*7 internet connection. The campus itself contains girls hostel, boys hostel, faculty quarter and director's bungalow.

Most of the faculty members of this college is highly qualified young energetic and experienced. Some of them belongs to good IITs, NITs and other good institutions. Faculty members helped us in doing some kinds of research also.

It is really necessary to improve the placements of this college. As the location of CIT is 200 KMs away from the guwahati, so most of the company is not able to come and arrange campus interview. A huge no of unemployed graduates are passed out every years.

CIT is a central funded institute, so the total fee is economical. The fee of this college is as low as any other colleges in India. The total fee is around 1.5lac for B.teach and 1lac for diploma. So a financially weak candidate can also afford it.

Campus life was quit good and funny. A collection of student from all over India heaving different culture are come and study well. Some of them have some hidden talent which comes out during off time.

The infrastructure of the college is outstanding. It is one of a kind in the region. If we see from the top, it structure is said to be in CIT shape. The classrooms contain projectors. And every floor is connected to each other. In total 2 floors are there and three blocks. The first block is the administration block with all the official work and teacher's cabin. The second is the lab, where all the lab of different branches are there and the 3rd is for the classes.

Yes the curriculum is updated and in our time the teachers used to take presentations and also communication classes are mandatory. Quizes and assignments are given on a weekly basis by the teachers and more is focused on the practical side so practical projects starts from the 4th sem onwards. And in the last year internship is must.

Well to be honest, the placement is not at all good in our college. In our time, it was the first time we saw companies coming but the profiles were not that good. Some were contractual basis and have to participate in training for almost a year with less salary. So many didn't opt for it. But they are still trying their best to bring companies to the campus.

Yes it is a value for money because they have both the diploma and also the Btech courses. They have newly included Mtech too. So you can have all the degrees from a single college and with low cost. It is around 10K for the mess and almost 26K for the academics. But I heard that they increased it now for the new batches.

I had the best memories of my life. All the participation on the activities like sports or any tech fest. We use to organise two events. one the tech fest as Techcracy and the other the Escasty for the cultural one. So having fun with the friends in the hostel. waking up late night and playing cricket together. celebrating birthday in the boy's way. Sitting in groups in the park and discussing about business.

No it does not have. Classrooms is not so well equiped during summer is very difficult to do class. Laborateries is not well equipped. Libraries is ok. Sports centre not well equipped. Hostels is ok but wifi facilities is not good. Yes the living space is clean food is hygienic.

I am pursuing my B. Tech in civil engineering 7th semester. The quality of teaching is average. Yes our curriculum is updated. No the it is not making me job ready. Most of the teaching staff in our institute r partial.

The quality of placements in our institue is not good. 50% of students is being placed. 20,000 per month is the highest salary package offered. Average salary offered 10,000 per month. No it is not easy.

45000 per year. No it is not worth, because as it is central govt institute it should have been more less.

The college campus is nice, nice garden and nice sitting area. No such activities where students can be engage in. The location is ook. It is safe and yes it can handle emergencies.

Our institue it could have been much better there should be less partiality. There should less politics and corruption. There should be many curriculums for the students so that they can be engage in. Teachers should be good so that they treat all the students equally.

The college infrastructure is really wonderful. Their are two entrance. One from the front, the main entrance consisting of a huge gate and the other the back side infront of the boys hostel. The classes are divided into diploma and Btech. Also a special floor for all the teachers cabin. The labs are in a different section and every block is linked with each . A section for the buses are also there. One girls hostel and two 3 boys hostel and also staff quarters.

There are also 5-6 teachers for each department. And the teachers are mostly Mtech or Phd holders. They have experience of almost 7-8 years in the academics. I am from Instrumentation branch and our teachers used to take presentation every month. and question answer round were their in every classes which helped us to have a strong basic concept

The placement is not good so far. May be due to the location and also we don't have a strong placement committee. But they are trying their best to improve it. But the number of students cracking the GATE is also increasing which is also a achievement for the college.

Yes i consider it as value for money. Because our fee was not that much. And I being from ST, it was even more less more me. The mess fee was only 9K. and the academics 30K. But in return you get a central degree. The college is a Dim university now. They have also opened Mtech for few branch now. So overall it is value for money.

Engineering is the best life. The campus life was amazing. We had students from different region but all are friends. And boys hostel, you can relate the fun and enjoyment. Wether it is a birthday or a cricket match. All together. The techers were friendly and we had matches with teachers too on sundays. Benches are their in the campus where groups seat together and plan of starting a business together.

Central institute of technology is also known as CIT Kokrajhar. The infrastructure of this institute is large and beautiful. The laboratory, classroom and the Library is awesome.Internet facility is 24×7 with high speed. There is 3 boys hostel and one girls hostel inside the campus with full speed internet, while one girls hostel is outside the campus. The food provided by the mess is not good.

The faculties of this institute is highly qualified young, energetic as well experienced, most of the faculties have PhD while some are pursuing PhD. As I belong to ECE Dept and the faculties of ECE dept is really helpful and experienced.

I graduated in 2018, and the scenario of placement was very poor. The placement officers working really hard for placement and they succeeded for better placement in last two years.Overall the placement scenario is improving and I hope it will be much better in upcoming days

CIT Kokrajhar is centrally funded institute and the fees was affordable at my time. Probably fees is now increased.

Campus life was amazing. There is a cultural as well technical festival In a year. Everyone gets chance to explore their talent in these festivals.
