Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering has a large and well-maintained campus with good infrastructure. The classrooms are spacious and equipped with projectors and Wi-Fi. The library is well-stocked with books and digital resources. Labs are functional for practical learning, although some departments could improve with equipment updates. The college provides separate hostels with decent facilities, but the fees are comparatively high. There are sports grounds, courts, canteens, and auditoriums for cultural events and fests. Overall, the infrastructure is good and supports both academics and extracurriuclar activites, with minor scope for improvement.
I am currently studying B.Tech with specialization in AI/ML because it's a growing field with a lot of career opportunities. The faculty is supportive and explains concepts clearly, especially in core subjects. Most professors encourage projects and practical learning. The curriculum covers important topics like machine learning, data science, and neural networks. It is mostly updated with current trends, but students still need to do some self-learning to stay fully industry-ready. Labs and mini-projects help in gaining hands on experience.
Placements at the college are decent, especially for core branches and IT-related fields. Many well-known companies visit the campus every year, and students get good opportunities if they prepare well. The placement cell is supportive and conducts training sessions, mock interviews, and aptitude practice to help students. However, getting a good package mostly depends on individual skills, projects and internships. Overall, placements are good, but students need to put in consistent effort to secure the best offers.
The course costs around 5-6 lakhs per year. The fees are a bit on the higher side, but the college provides good infrastructure, decent placements, and learning opportunites. There are labs, library facilites, and placement training which adds value. I feel it is mostly worth the money if students actively use the opportunities provieded.
Campus life is lively and enjoyable regular fests, cultural events and technical activites. There are active clubs and sports facilites, so students get good exposure beyond academics. Overall, it is nice balance of studies and fun.
The campus is spacious, green, and well-laid-out, giving it a pleasant and student-friendly atmosphere. The academic blocks are modern and maintained. The physical campus and facilities are above average for a private engineering college, with good labs, classrooms, and general amenities, though not without areas that could be better maintained or upgraded.
Academically, DSCE offers a solid engineering education with a structured curriculum, competent faculty, and opportunities for applied learning, though individual experiences can differ across branches and professors.

The college infrastructure creates a very pleasant and comfortable environment for students to learn and grow. Although the campus is not very large in size, it is beautifully designed and makes excellent use of the available space. One of the most impressive features is the abundance of greenery throughout the campus, which gives a fresh, peaceful, and eco-friendly atmosphere. The well-maintained gardens, trees, and open spaces make the surroundings calm and refreshing, helping students feel relaxed and focused. The academics in my ECE program are quite good. The quality of teaching is strong, with faculty explaining concepts clearly and supporting students when needed. The curriculum is also well-updated and aligned with current industry trends, which helps us learn relevant technologies and skills. At the same time, the program encourages self-study, so students need to put in personal effort to fully understand subjects and perform well. Overall, it provides a solid academic environment for learning and growth.
The quality has remained consistent over the years, and students who take initiative, work hard, and make the most of available opportunities can secure good placements and build a strong start to their careers
The college offers decent value, though not the best for money, especially for students coming from outside the state through COMEDK, as they often pay higher fees compared to the overall facilities and returns.
The best part is that everyone is friendly, welcoming, and very accepting, which creates a positive atmosphere. There is also always some event, activity, or program happening to keep students engaged.
The campus is decent. Has a clean green campus with good labs, library, WiFi isn't available, and sports areas. Classrooms are modern and comfortable. Hostels, food places, and medical help make student life easy and safe daily.
Academics aren't that great. It's decent as compared to other colleges of Bangalore. But there's not too much focus on the kids. It's manageable but most of the things are supposed to be done by the students themselves
Placements are bad. Not even as good as BMS or RVCE. But it's still better than rest of the colleges of Bangalore. That's a normal thing here in Bangalore but still it is less. The placements only for CSE are good
Only value for money for the people who come from KCET Quota. For others the fees seems a little too high. And management fees is super high which is not relevant at all for this type of college so it's not value for money for most of the kids
Campus Life is not bad. The crowd is much better than many colleges and so it adds up to the experience. The club culture of the college is growing and it's appreciable. So that is one thing that might develop in the latter.
The campus is spacious, green, well maintained with modern classrooms, digtial labs, projectors and wifi across campus. A large lobrary is there too. Sports grounds, auditoriums, canteens, medical facilities ( a whole hospital) are present.
DSCE has NAAC A accreditation showig quality curriculum standards. Academic Programs include ug and pg courses for various streams like cse, ece, eee, civil engineering etc. The faculties are pretty good here.
Recruiters like amazon, infosys, wipro etc visit campus and atleast 40-50 percent of students get placed every year. This year the highest recorded placement ranged between 50-60 lpa. The placement cell conducts mock interviews as well.
