yes you can do that if a school allows you but I don't think it is not beneficial because you are missing school you are not doing coaching then what purpose of sitting idle and just hoping that you will prepare on yourself better you should do regular schooling because it's a lifetime opportunity and you will learn something apart from academic there are many things which can be learn from the school only and it is the age at which you should go to school if you are free therefore I would like to suggest you that you should not miss this school and if you are doing so then you had to coaching as there is no point in missing school
There is nothing mentioned in the eligibility criteria regarding reappear of any student. The eligibility criteria says that candidate should have passed their graduation in the relevant subject with the minimum marks (different for different subjects) from a recognized board. To be eligible for DU Masters' programme you've to be sure that you have cleared all the subjects in your graduation.

Well if you are a OBC candidate but does not want to or can not because of documents issue, apply under OBC category then all you will automatically will be considered for general category of admission process. So you don't have to worry about it. But if you deliberately mention that you are OBC then you will have to submit the documents to prove that.

The address is for communication purpose, it may not be a problem that if the address in your admit card is not your permanent address.But it should atleast be the correspondence address and you must be living in that place for communication purpose. You are allowed to appear in examination don't worry.
