About BTKIT Dwarahat
Bipin Tripathi Kumaon Institute of Technology (BTKIT), Dwarahat was established in the year 1991 by the Government of Uttar Pradesh and is formerly known as Kumaon Engineering College, Dwarahat. In the year 1989, it was registered as an autonomous society of State Government under Societies Act 1956. BTKIT Dharwad managed by the Board of Governors with Honorable Minister of Technical Education as Chairman and Secretary, Technical Education as Vice-Chairman and is fully financed by the State Government. The College offers undergraduate (B.Tech), postgraduate (MCA, M.Tech) and doctoral (Ph.D) courses in various domains.
Bipin Tripathi Kumaon Institute of Technology, Dwarahat is located at Dwarahat Road, Almora, in Uttarakhand. Kathgodam Railway Station is around 106 km away from the institute. Roadways Bus Station is approx 22 km away from the college. Pantnagar Airport is around 140 km away from the institution. Students can hire a taxi or take an auto-rickshaw to reach there.

Bipin Tripathi Kumaon Institute of Technology offers admission to various undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral courses. Admission to the B.Tech course is done through the JEE Main/UKSEE examination followed by a counselling process while admission to a postgraduate course is done on the basis of marks scored in the GATE/UKSEE exam. It is not possible to say as you may or may not get admission into BTKIT DWARAHAT as the selection criteria depends on the seats available but you may apply their for counseling process.
In each branch BTKIT they reserve 2% For kashmiri migrants and 10% for other state quota and also 5 % for NRI's.

I got 88.037 percentile in jee can i get cse in BTKIT. .
Considering your percentile your rank would be roughly around 145000.I have assumed you to be of general category and I will be saying your chances without considering Home-State Quota.
