Hello Yash,
With a 65 percentile in JEE Mains in the general category, your chances of getting admission to BTKIT (Bheemtaal Institute of Technology, Kashi) for a Computer Science (CS) course may depend on several factors, including the college's cutoffs, the number of applicants, and the overall competition in the current admission cycle.
General Considerations:
Previous Year Cutoffs
: Look at the previous year’s cutoff for BTKIT for the CS branch. If your percentile is close to or above the cutoff from the previous year, you may have a chance.
State Quotas
: Some colleges may have a reservation policy that could benefit you. If you fall under a particular category or region, it might improve your chances.
Other Admission Criteria
: BTKIT may also consider other factors such as board exam scores or internal entrance tests.
Recommendations:
While a 65 percentile may present some challenges for admission to BTKIT for CS, it’s essential to explore all available options and stay informed about the specific admission processes and criteria.
