106 is a decent score you migh easily get a seat in IIT but less chances are there for CSE.But you are having reservation then you might easily get CSE any one of the IIT's.

There are bright chances of you getting into IIT . However fetching a decent branch like CS, electrical , mechanical etc is impossible with these score but you can still manage to get brances like mettalurg,polymer ,bio-tech.
