With a rank of 108,000, you might have a chance at some newer or less prestigious NITs like NIT Jalandhar, NIT Raipur, or NIT Goa. These NITs may have lower cutoff ranks for Electrical Engineering, especially if you belong to a reserved category but chances are limited for general category.
