10th - 91% 12th - 68% NEET - 3 attempts (2 drops) 1st - 545 2nd - 120 3rd - 40 Budget - 40 lakh I just had a lot of issues. Is it possible to get a college anywhere within my budget and every required approval from NMC, ie eligible degree.

Your first attempt you scored very good mark based on the first attempt you have high chance for getting private institutions based on your budget go through the counselling based the state you need basically state like Karnataka and Tamil Nadu if you applied there is high possibility of getting seat for you
