The eligibility for diploma in civil engineering is:

50% in Class 10 with mathematics ,science and english as compulsury subjects.

If the candidate has not studied english the the medium of the education must be english.

Diploma in engineering disciplines is 3 years programme.

You will have to appear in qualifying exams like which are organised by the state government or if some exams are taken by private universities.Based on your score you will get college.
