No, you cannot take admission in Civil Engineering after clearing 10th. The eligibility criteria for any Engineering field requires you to complete 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as the mandatory subjects. 

But, you can apply for the diploma course as it can be taken up after 10th.
