Your question is not clear but if you are asking if you are eligible for All India Institute of Medical Sciences Nursing exam. Then yes candidates who have completed their 10+2 level are eligible. Only female candidates are eligible to apply for AIIMS BSc nursing 2021 while Male candidates are eligible only for AIIMS BSc nursing (post-basic). After clearing 12th you can give any entrance examination which you are eligible to give.
It basically depends on which stream you are studying ( like for pcb students its NEET , AIIMS etc & for pcm students its JEE, NATA etc & for arts its NIFT , MRNAT, CLAT etc & for commerce its CUSAT , SAT , NCHMCT etc.) and what do you want to pursue ahead, your 12th percentage also plays an important role here because almost every competitive exam have a minimum criteria of 45 - 50% , which any average student can easily score. The next step would be to research and find out the examinations that you are eligible to give after your 12th. Then you should prepare for it , what ever exam you'll give you have to work hard and prepare for it.
