Not in a government college. You may need to try through management quota seat only through donation.  

But if you belong to general category then you cannot get a seat at all since the eligibility cutoff for general category was 134 marks and you are below it. 

Admission to BAMS is based on marks in NEET exam.

Type of College - There are 3 types of Colleges for BAMS

1) Government - Cutoff of GOVERNMENT COLLEGES range in 420+ for General Candidates and 400+ for OBC.Fees is lowest in range of 20000

2) Semi - Government - Cutoff for this type of Colleges are somewhat lower and fees is higher than government in range of 40–50000. Its Cutoff is 400+ for General Candidate and 360+ for OBC.

3) Private - Now this is the most variable type of cutoff. As Colleges with low fee tend to have higher Cutoff and high fee college has low cutoff. Fees is in range of 1–3 lakh per year. Cutoff is in range of 300+ for General and 280+ for OBC.
