It is mandatory to pass 10+2 for taking admission in any college because you got failed you cannot fulfill the eligibility criteria. NIOS and EWAC provides alternative exam when anyone gets failed they can give exam in the month of june which is passed.

Other option is you can take diploma or polytechnic courses which requires only 10th marksheet but for the graduation degree you need to pass your 12th examination next year.
