Hello

I am extremely sorry to say but without passing 12th you cannot get into law.

This is because,

To get into law you need to do llb.

Now,

One has the option to pursue llb in two ways:-

  • 5 year llb /integrated llb like BA llb, Bcom llb etc :- One becomes eligible for 5 year integrated LLB like BA LLB etc with qualification of 10 + 2

  • 3 year llb :- for 3 year llb , you need to be  a graduate.

>>>>>>> Eligibility criteria for 3 year LLB  :-

******** You need to be a graduate in any discipline from a recognised University

******** The minimum % of marks in graduation to be eligible for 3 year LLB varies depending upon the college or the entrance examination you are opting for, generally one needs a minimum of 45 to 50% in graduation to be eligible

******** There is no upper age limit to be eligible for LLB .

Some of the entrance examination for 3 year LLB are listed below :-

  • *DU LLB

  • *LSAT

  • *PU LLB

  • *BVP CET Law

  • *LPU NEST

  • *TS LAWCET

  • *MH CET Law

  • *BHU LLB

  • *LAT by Allahabad University

One can also pursue 5 year integrated LLB  after class 12th. Some of the entrance examination for 5 year integrated LLB   is provided below :-

  • *CLAT i. e Common Law Admission Test

  • *AILET - All India Law Entrance Test

  • *LSAT - Law School Admission Test

  • *MHCET law entrance exam

  • *TS LAWCET

  • *LPUNEST

  • *CULEE

To give you a gist of eligibility criteria,

>>>>>>>  CLAT  eligibility criteria for 5-year integrated llb  is given below :-

********You must be either appearing for your 12th board examination or should have passed it

********You must  pass your 12th board exam with at least 45% marks while SC and ST category students need only 40% marks.

********There is no age limit for CLAT

For more and detailed information you can visit our page the link for the same is given below

Thus,

It's okay if you have failed in 12th , now you need to again prepare for 12th and pass it and then you can do 5 year llb or after passing 12th can do graduation after which you can do 3 year llb .

Thank you
