Hello

Yes ofcourse 12 th appearing students can write jee mains but the passing year must be 2019 ( means that you are currently in 12 in 2018-19 batch).

And you have to score atleast 75% marks in 12 th boards to get admission in NIT /IIIT other colleges under josaa counseling through jee mains.
