Yes, you can get admission to Diploma in Engineering(Lateral Entry). Since you have done 12th with PCM, so you can also go for courses like bachelor in engineering, planning, design, etc., Diploma in Engineering is basically like a 3year undergraduate course after which you can either go for entry level jobs or  BE/BTech course which will take you around 3 years more since you will be directly admitted to 2nd year of Engineering .
