There are total 1500 Seats in various institutes offering BALLB under Calcutta University, out of these only 1035 are for general category candidates and your rank is 1446. As there will be around 400 candidates with more score than you in their kitty and still craving for a seat just like you, in the Merit List; this makes your chance of getting a seat tough. Despite this fact you have chances, if any, of getting a seat in Institutes which are offering Self-Financing programme. I hope it helps, Best of luck!
