Yes, 70% seats are filled under convener quota in all AP EAMCET participating colleges and remaining 30% seats are filled under management quota. Convener seats are filled through AP EAMCET counselling only. The left over seats after first phase AP EAMCET counselling will be available for second phase counselling. Candidates who haven't participated in first phase counselling, candidates who did not get seat in first phase counselling, candidates who wants to join in a better college and branch can participate in second phase counselling.
