Judging from your profile you are a medical aspirant so the answer will be about the MBBS fees in a semi government college .

The fees for MBBS  from a semi government college varies from college to college and state to state but on an average it will be around 3 lakh rupees per annum which will make the total fees around 15 lakh rupees. This does not include the hostel fees , exam fees and other fees which might be upto 1 lakh rupees per annum.
