Comparison between Questionnaire and Schedule Primary Data Collection Methods:

1. Mode of collection: A questionnaire is filled in by the respondent themselves, while a schedule is filled in by an enumerator through personal interaction with the respondent.

2. Cost : Questionnaire method is relatively cheaper, whereas the schedule method is more expensive due to the involvement of trained investigators.

3. Response rate: Questionnaires usually have a low response rate, but schedules ensure a higher and more reliable response rate.

4. Suitability : Questionnaires are suitable for literate and educated respondents, while schedules can be used for both literate and illiterate respondents.
