I believe incase youre from either of General or OBC , you'd have extremelt negligible chances in securing a seat in MBBS with a Score of 245/720 in Government or State Medical Colleges.

Incase youre from SC or ST Category, still your chances maybe low in securing a seat in MBBS, probably under 85% Home State Quota.

Apart from MBBS, incase youre interested in BDS, BAMS or BHMS or are from certain Reserved Category you still may have chances of securing Admission.

Ofcourse again you have Management and NRI Quota in Many Private as well as Semi Government Medical Colleges, incase youre financial strong, you may try for that.
